For some people, reading the book isn’t enough – they want the hands-on experience of actually using the software. Our course is developed as a guided user experience. We recognise that not everyone is already in employment where they can use the software, and, even if they are, its not appropriate to ‘play’ with it because you don’t want to mess up the books!

There is nothing to be fearful of, when you’re on our course, because in the comfort of your own home (or home office), you can take your time and work through the set exercises. We cover a variety of tasks – creating customers, receiving customer payments, creating suppliers, making supplier payments, journals, bank reconciliations, vat return and reporting – basically everything you would use in a normal working office environment. If you are applying for jobs where using Quickbooks Online is a requirement – then you’ll be just fine.

Completion of the course would make you eligible to take the ICB’s level 2 computerised bookkeeping certification and exam. Not everyone chooses to go down that route, as they just want to be competent users of the software.

With this course, you get a hard copy of the Quickbooks Online Book by post, and within the package (record delivered), you also get a USB with all your course materials on.
